The evening ambiance on the terrace was lovely, and breakfast featured an impressive variety that catered to all tastes. However, parking was challenging due to heavy traffic and limited spaces.

The location was spot on, conveniently situated near the kasbah and local restaurants. The staff proved to be incredibly helpful. check-in and check-out were hassle-free. Our Superior Double Room was spacious and well-lit with a nice sitting area, making it quite comfortable for our stay. Dining was enjoyable, especially the first night when the meal exceeded my expectations with stunning views. However, there were a few drawbacks. The pool area, while beautifully decorated, could get quite noisy, detracting from the relaxation. Breakfast the next day fell flat. food was cold, and the dining area felt overcrowded with tour groups, affecting the service. The shower drainage in the bathroom was slow, leading to water pooling, which was concerning. Despite these issues, I would consider returning, especially for the impressive dining views and location.

Air conditioning completely failed during the stay, with the only solution offered being a lengthy wait for a technician and no immediate option given for room relocation. Additionally, the single elevator carrying a max of four people is a significant downside, especially during peak times, making access to higher floors a hassle.

Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement

The staff were incredibly helpful with taxi advice. The room, though initially street-facing, was clean, and the AC kept me cool. The onsite restaurant offered high-quality meals, perfect during Ramadan. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast not included in the price.

The location was perfect. very close to the beach and bustling local market. The staff were incredibly kind. they helped us with everything we needed, and the dining experience was impressive. especially those insane pizzas!

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a spacious Superior Double Room. The room was airy, with a large balcony that provided great views. The 24-hour room service was convenient, and I enjoyed an excellent steak at the lovely on-site restaurant. The ambiance around the bar area was vibrant, making evenings enjoyable.
